Winery Review: A
simple, fresh wine, with flavors of crisp, green apples and a touch of pear. It
is light, poised, clean and ready to drink.—85 points—R.V. (from 2005 vintage)
My Review: The
golden straw color of this wine spoke of its well-rounded flavor. I got notes of smoke and dust in the nose
accompanied by rose and raisins. On the palate, the smoke and dust translated,
but vanilla and butter became prominent. This wine was sweet, smooth and silky
and lingered a bit on the finish.
With food?: I tried this wine without food.
